"Dynamic Duo"
The "Dynamic Duo" is a 60" H x 48"W original acrylic on canvas, which is available for purchase. There will also be a limited edition of 100 canvas and paper prints available in various sizes, including custom sizes upon request. All prints will be signed and numbered by the artist. I grew up with the TV series in the 1960's and have always loved Batman, definitely my favorite superhero ever. As soon as I learned of this sign, I knew I was going to eventually paint it. This particular sign sits majestically in "Neon Alley" in Pueblo, Colorado which was created by business owner Joe Koncilja, and currently features about 25 historic neon signs that he has collected or commissioned. Zoning regulations in Pueblo declare that neon signs cannot be affixed to buildings facing the street. Konciljja decided that the alley was fair game and began to adorn his collection to the buildings he owns in the alley. He has created an amazing neon space that he claims "It's the greatest assembly of neon art west of Times Square and east of the Las Vegas Strip.
